Making our first session count

We do not run generic discovery calls. To hit the ground running, we usually start by looking at:

  • The Vision

    What must be true for the business a year from today?

  • The Current Friction

    Where is the engine losing speed? (Experience, Intelligence, or Operations?)

  • The Lessons

    What have you already ruled out? Knowing what does not work for you is as important as knowing what does.
